What floor plan options are available, and what is the average size of each apartment?
Our community offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, ranging in size from 620 square feet up to 1480.
Do you offer furnished or short-term lease options?
We offer flexible lease terms. We do not offer furnished apartment homes.
Are pets welcome at the community, and what is your pet policy?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community with the exception of aggressive breeds.Maximum number of pets per apartment is 3. Non-refundable pet fee of $350 and $20/pet monthly pet rent.
How convenient is commuting from the community to major employers, schools, or downtown areas?
The community is about 10-15 minutes from I-485, which is fastest way to get to Uptown Charlotte.
What amenities are offered on-site (such as pool, fitness center, clubhouse, or coworking space)?
Our community offers an array of amenities, such as a Community Garden, Resort style swimming pool, Fitness Center and working spaces.
What parking options are available, including garages, guest parking, or EV charging stations?
Our community offers open parking and parking passes are required. We also feature EV parking stations.
Are there laundry facilities in the units or on-site?
All of our apartment homes feature in-home washer and dryer.
Are utilities included in the rent, and which services are residents responsible for?
Residents pay all utilities, including water/sewer, electric, trash removal, pest control and internet.
Do apartments include modern appliances, patios/balconies, or extra storage space?
All apartment homes include stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and luxury faux wood flooring.
What’s the neighborhood like, and what restaurants, parks, and shopping centers are nearby?
Chestnut Farms is conveniently located near the Waverly area, which offers many options for dining and shopping.
What school district is the community in? Is there any additional information you would like to share with prospects related to schools?
Sun valley High School and Piedmont Middle school

Chestnut Farms hosts multiple events all throughout the year!

Our residents at Chestnut farm especially enjoy the serenity and peaceful environment within our community.
How can I apply for an apartment, and what documents or fees are required?
Applications can be submitted online through our website. Proof of income will need to beprovided as well. Fees include $75 application fee per person and a $175 Administrative fee.
What are the move-in costs, and is a security deposit required?
Move-in costs will include rent and applicable pet fees. A security deposit is not required with an approved application; however, conditional applicants may be required to pay up to two month's rent as a deposit or utilize a deposit alternative program.
Is renters’ insurance mandatory, and what coverage is recommended?
Renters' insurance is required with minimum $300,000 liability coverage.
What happens if I need to move out early or break my lease?
Our lease requires a 60-day written notice to vacate. Early termination and insufficient notice fees may apply.
How do I submit maintenance requests, and how quickly are they typically resolved?
Maintenance requests should be submitted through the Resident Portal. Emergency Maintenance is available after hours.
